Load-In / Check-In
Parking for bands and vendors will be in the main lot outside the event space and is first come first served.
Factory Two has a Drive-Up Ramp (garage door) that allows vehicles to pull up directly for unloading equipment.
Because the Drive-Up Ramp will be shared by vendors and bands, please try to keep things moving. If you drive up to unload:
- Pull up to the top of the Drive-Up Ramp
- Unload your items
- Move your vehicle to a parking spot afterward
This keeps the ramp open for others.
If you're bringing heavier gear, you may want to bring additional carts or assistance. There are also dollies available if you need help moving items from the ramp to the vendor area.
When you arrive, please check in with Angela before setting up so we can direct you to your table:

Setup / Tables
Available tables:
- 6 ft tables (6 available)
- 4 ft tables (7 available)
- 8 ft tables (a shit ton)
Tables are first come first served.
You're welcome to bring your own table if you'd prefer.
We'll be hosting vendors in a sort of "vendor alley" alongside the audience/stage area.
Electrical / POS
If you need electrical, just let us know and we'll make sure you have a power strip available.
WiFi is available under "Factory Two Guest", but we don't manage the network so we can't guarantee it'll be reliable for POS.
If your sales depend on internet access, you may want to bring a cellular hotspot just in case.
Ear Protection
Live bands will be performing in the same room as vendor tables starting at 6 PM.
The bands will be very loud, so we strongly recommend ear protection. We'll have free earplugs available.
Teardown / Load-Out
To keep traffic and noise down while bands are performing, the Drive-Up Ramp should not be used during the show.
If possible, vendors should plan to pack up during the final set so everything is ready to go.
After the show ends, bands will begin loading out gear using the Drive-Up Ramp.
If you need to load out at the same time, there is a side exit door near the Drive-Up Ramp that has a smaller ADA ramp that leads directly to the front door from the parking lot.
If you need to leave earlier, that's totally understandable. Just try to keep teardown during the show from being too distracting.
